Directions

The Civic Opera House is located at 20 North Wacker Drive, Chicago, IL 60606. It is on the North West corner of Wacker and Madison, two blocks north of the Sears Tower. From the Kennedy and Dan Ryan Expressways: Exit at Washington and go five blocks east to Wacker Drive. Turn right and go onw block south to Madison. From 290: Exit at Wacker Drive going north, using the Upper Wacker lane. Go five blocks north on Wacker to Madison. From Lake Shore Drive: Exit at Wacker Drive going west. Continue on Wacker (it will bend south) to Madison.

Parking

Valet parking service is available for all evening and weekend Opera performances. Please call the Civic Opera House  to check Valet parking availability for other events. You can pre-order your valet parking (for a small service charge) here:

There are also several parking garages nearby. For information and rates, call InterParking at 312 341 0011. There are six parking facilities within a two-block radius in any direction from the Opera House. Street parking may be difficult to find.

The Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 12:00 Noon to 6:00 PM (or until showtime on performance nights).
The Box Office accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, Diners Club, and American Express.

Will Call

Will Call tickets are available for pick up beginning 45 minutes to an hour prior to show time. Customer must present a picture ID, the actual credit card used for the order, and the confirmation number.
